On March 27, the Antioch Police Department responded to the 4500 block of Delta Fair Blvd after it was reported that a subject had been shot or shot at. The victim then reported the incident himself to the police and indicated that he was following the responsible party in his vehicle into the City of Pittsburg.
Police say the incident occurred at around 3:45 pm where the victim, a 35-year-old male, was still on the phone with Antioch Police Dispatch, when he reported the responsible party, a 39-year-old male, was shooting at him again in the City of Pittsburg.
According to Corporal Steve McElroy, Pittsburg Police officers arrived in the area, and were flagged down by the victim who pointed out the responsible vehicle to them. Upon trying to stop this subject, the driver fled, and ultimately led Pittsburg Police on a vehicle pursuit into the City of Richmond, where he eventually pulled over and was arrested.
The victim was found to be suffering from non-life threatening injuries and was treated and released from an area hospital.
McElroy stated evidence of the shooting and a firearm were discovered at the Pittsburg shooting scene. The responsible party was transported back to the City of Pittsburg where Antioch police took custody of him.
He was later booked in the County Jail in Martinez on multiple felony charges including attempted murder, assault with deadly weapon and felony evading.

Freaking awesome
But crime is down in Antioch just ask chief brooks what a joke
Free the solid ones
When do we get the random shooters on highway four. We need to know who their families are so they can suffer like the children of the women victims are suffering. How long before the police look at the video cameras and work backwards?
Let me guess, it was a black guy.
No he was ASIAN mixed with Hawaiian
And the identity of the arrested suspect (public record) is being withheld, why?
so he went to Richmond , not Danville .
