The Antioch Police Department announced Thursday that two women have been arrested on prostitution charges at two different massage parlors within city limits.
On February 9, just after 12:00 pm, the Antioch Police Department conducted an undercover operation at Far East Massage parlor which is located in the 2300 block of Buchanan Road in Antioch. During the operation, an undercover officer paid for a massage.
During the massage, Jung Li, the masseuse, solicited the officer. Jung Li offered to exchange sexual acts for the officer’s money.
On the same day, just after 3:00 pm, police officers conducted an undercover operation at the Massage Spa massage parlor which is located in the 4600 block of Golf Course Road in Antioch. During the operation, an undercover officer paid for a massage.
During the massage, Shoumei Zhang, the masseuse, solicited the officer. Shoumei Zhang offered to exchange sexual acts for the officer’s money. Zhang was arrested and released after being issued a citation.
Both undercover operations were conducted after receiving numerous complaints about the establishment. In both cases, they were arrested and released with a citation.

Oldest occupation for a reason. We are sexual creatures and repressing that will never work; we must manage it. Hopefully these women were willing and not forced obviously.

What kinda messed up shit is this? These cops are some suckas. A chick offers you sex and you get her in trouble? Man, we got some square ass peckerwoods in this dept. Chase some real bad dudes down not a female trying to express her skill ya dig?
I feel like often times it’s not the woman’s fault and that they are forced to be sex workers from the manager or owner of the establishment who threaten their families back home or they are promised their papers because they are here in this Country illegally. Why not go higher up the business ladder and bust the owners or get the place shut down? Regardless good job Antioch PD and keep up the good work!
