On 9/25/2013, The Antioch Police Department conducted an undercover operation at the Oasis Healing Spa massage parlor. During the operation, an undercover officer paid for a massage and was solicited by Lihua Hu during the massage to pay for sexual acts.
The undercover operation was conducted after receiving complaints regarding the suspicious activity at the business as well as advertisements from the business on local internet escorts sites.
The investigation is ongoing, anyone with information regarding this case is encouraged to call Detective Mortimer with the Antioch Police Department at (925)779-6941.

Yay! They need to start patrolling the Brentwood massage parlors also. Disgusting!
If you go to rubmaps.com you will realize that thy are all over Brentwood and Antioch. It is gross and the police and not doing anything about it
So what was the sting operation? Obviously they are doing something about it. There are only so many officers at work.
And….it’s the oldest profession in the world, I’d rather the police would hang out on Mahogany.
