Upon arrival, Antioch Police located a suspect who had been shot in the head and are treating this as a homicide.

There’s a post on the Nextdoor app. Video of an officer at someone’s front door telling them that someone blew themselves up with a makeshift bomb and to shelter in place.

i am so confused and i wonder why my comments arent showing up about this article but it clearly says “Antioch Police located a suspect who had been shot in the head and are treating this as a homicide.” in the article but the title says explosion. So what is it or was it 2 separate situations?
