Antioch: Pedestrian Fatally Struck by Train Saturday Morning

At 9:14 am Saturday, Antioch Police and Contra Costa County Fire Protection District responded to a report of a pedestrian struck by a train at Viera Ave and Wilbur Ave in the City of Antioch.

Upon arrival, firefighters pronounced the person deceased and Antioch Police shutdown the roadway in both directions.
