Antioch: Man Shot in Leg During Carjacking, Police Search for Suspects

On Sunday May 25 at roughly 8:28 pm, Antioch Police Officers responded to 507 E. 18th subject reported to have been shot and his vehicle taken. Officers contacted the victim at the Dutch Pride Gas Station and he appeared to have a non-life threatening gunshot wound.

The 23-year-old victim would only state that an unknown male shot him and took his vehicle. The victim was taken to John Muir Medical Center for treatment.

There are no suspects as of Tuesday afternoon and the case is still being investigated.
