Antioch resident Glen Jones sent us these photographs of a fire that broke out Tuesday afternoon on St. James Place in Antioch in an alley behind the homes. Contra Costa County Fire Protection District crews quickly extinguished the flames and remained on scene for roughly 54-minutes. It appears no homes were damaged, but a couple yards had minor damage and fences were damaged in the incident.
Two youths were seen in the area prior to the fire and ran shortly after the incident began. No description of the youths were provided.
