Just after 2:00 pm Wednesday, Contra Costa County Firefighters responded to a report of a vegetation fire off Apollo Ct off Wilbur in Antioch.
The fire was behind a commercial building which was threatened where storage units and pallets were engulfed with flames. The field was also on fire which backs up to Minaker Drive and Jacobson St.
Firefighters were able to limit damage and protect structures.
