Antioch CSO Airlifted to Hospital After Being Struck by Vehicle

At 6:06 pm Friday, an Antioch Police Community Service Officer (CSO) was struck by a vehicle at James Donlon at Silverado as they were providing traffic control for a active shooter incident nearby in the City of Antioch.

A medical helicopter was requested as it was reported they were trapped in a vehicle requiring extrication. Due to the ongoing police incident, the landing zone is at Mira Vista Hills.

By 6:30 pm, the medical helicopter had landed. No report on the extend of the injuries of the CSO.
