On Friday, the Antioch City Council announced they would hold a special meeting of the city council for Tuesday April 19 to discuss nine items.

    This item was brought up by Torres-Walker & Lamar Thorpe. The City Council will consider whether to establish a Human Rights and Racial Equity Committee for the City of Antioch
  2. EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER (EOC) TECHNOLOGY UPGRADES

Assistants for City Council members? Total nonsense. Manage your own schedule and reading of critical documents. If you can’t manage your own duties and responsibilities along with your employment- wait Thorpe and Walker are unemployed- they have plenty of time. This is simply nonsense and wasteful.
