The family of an 81-year-old male who went missing around 7:45 pm Friday is asking for the public’s help in locating him.
According to the family, “Alex” was in the area of Brentwood, Oakley and Antioch and left the Mimi’s parking lot off Lone Tree Way and Slaten Ranch where he has not been seen since.
They are asking to share the photograph and help located him.
He is described as a 81-year-old male, approximately 5’5″ weighing 175 lbs. he was wearing a black shirt that says SFXOXo across the chest with khaki pants. He also has five tattoos on his arms, hearing aids, and a scar on his left ear and behind it.
If you see him, please contact the Antioch Police Department. The family also says Contra Costa Search and rescue is also responding.
According to the family, Search and Rescue will be working their way from Mimi’s Cafe to Balfour near Walnut.
No official details have yet been released by any police agency as of 11:21 pm.

Per the family as of 11:35 pm, Alex was found…. the family wanted to thank the community for all of the sharing/support in trying to locate him.
