At 9:31 am, Contra Costa County Fire responded to the area of Davison for an investigation which led to a power outage that has impacted nearly 2,000 PG&E customers.
At one point, as many as 3,500 customers were briefly without power.
According to PG&E, a total of 1,957 PG&E customers in Antioch are currently without power as of 10:15 am. PG&E is anticipating the power being restored by 1:15pm.
