Since “Murder” is a legal conclusion, shouldn’t it be a “Homicide” instead? It may very well end up a murder, but without “malice” who knows?
This wording came directly from the Pittsburg Police Department.
Even they should know better. It’s a homicide suspected murder.
Wording doesnt matter they got there point across.
