March 6-22: Brentwood Police Call Logs

The following are a sampling of calls handled by the Brentwood Police Department March 5-22 according to information provided by Brentwood Police.

Arson

  • 3/22 – Empire Ave: Unknown RES set fire to vehicle. No injuries.

Assault

  • 3/6 – Sand Creek: RES entered store and punched VIC several times in the face and head, because VIC would not give him a discount on a raider hat. RES is a BMA approx 6`, 165, with tattoos on right forearm and hand.
  • 3/7 – Madrone Pl: RESP attacked VIC-1 while VIC-1 was holding VIC-2 in her arms.
  • 3/8 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR hit VIC in the face with a closed fist and damage VIC’S glasses. ARR was found to be intoxicated and unable to care for herself. ARR was transported to MDF.
  • 3/8 – Sand Creek: VIC stated she asked customer to see inside her purse to make sure she was not taking items without paying. RES got upset and punched VIC in face
  • 3/10 – Gingerwood Tr: VIC reportedly was assaulted by RES. Minor visible injuries on both VIC and RES.

Auto Theft

  • 3/6 – Trent PL: VIC reported SUS stole her vehicle after a disagreement over the details of selling the VEH to SUS.
  • 3/7 – Spruce: VIC’S vehicle was stolen from the driveway of his residence between 03/06/15 at approximately 1930 hours and 03/07/15 at approximately 1400 hours.
  • 3/11 – Essex Dr: VIC’s vehicle was stolen from his driveway in the early morning hours. Vehicle entered into SVS.
  • 3/11 – Sciortino Ct: VIC’s vehicle was stolen overnight. Stolen vehicle entered into SVS.
  • 3/18 – Lone Tree Way: RES stole VIC’s vehicle from the parking lot between 1700 and 1930 hours.
  • 3/20 – Chestnut St: VIC parked VEH in front of 151 Chestnut St on 03/19/15 at 2200 hours. VIC returned on 03/20/15 at 1000 hours to find VEH gone. VEH entered into SVS.
  • 3/20 – Lone Tree Way: RES stole VIC’s car. Vehicle entered into SVS. RES was not identified and is still outstanding at this time. Vehicle was a 1997, 2-door, red, Honda Civic.

Burglary or Theft From Auto

  • 3/10 – Las Montanas: VEH passenger side window shattered. Navigation system taken from center console. Occurred between 3/9/15 at approximately 1745 hours and 3/10/15 at approximately 1000 hours.
  • 3/11 – Blossom Dr: RES entered VIC vehicle by unknown means and stole a women’s wedding band. Loss: $250.00 Occurred 03/11/15 at 2200 to 03/12/15 at 0900.
  • 3/12 – Balfour : Unknown responsible stole Crown brand name tools and a black HTC Desire cell phone from the victim’s work van. Occurred on 03/12/2015, from approximately 1600 hours to 1606 hours.
  • 3/13 – Dellwood Ct: VIC-1’s locked vehicle rummaged through. Unknown point of entry. VIC-2’s locked vehicle entered by unknown means and tools taken. Occurred 03/12/15 2100hrs-03/13/2015 0600hrs.
  • 3/14 – Saffron Ct: RES rummaged through vehicle. Nothing taken. Unknown means of entry.
  • 3/16 – Century Oaks Dr: Locked VEH had miscellaneous personal items, debit card, driver license and case taken. Gained entry through driver’s side door, minor damages to seal of the door. Occurred 3/15/15 between approximately 1900 hours and 3/16/15 approximately 0000 hours.
  • 3/17 – Balfour: RES broke into vehicle and stole purse and cash.
  • 3/19 – Lone Tree Way: A vehicle’s front passenger side window was smashed, and a yellow Samsung Galaxy tablet was stolen from the vehicle. Occurred on 03/19/2015, from approximately 1245 hours to 1330 hours.
  • 3/19 – Griffith Ln: Unknown RES smashed front passenger side window of VIC’s vehicle and took a bag containing clothing items only. Occurred between 2100 and 2200 hours.
  • 3/20 – Lone Tree Way: RES smashed VIC’s vehicle window and stole miscellaneous items.
  • 3/21 – Sand Creek Rd: Unknown RES smashed rear window of VIC’s rental car. RES took a black bag containing misc. personal items. Took place between 1940 hours- 1947 hours on 3/21/15.
  • 3/21 – Sand Creek: RES broke the driver side window of a vehicle and stole a silver, Apple, Mac Book Pro. RES has not been identified and is still outstanding at this time.

Burglary – Business

  • 3/6 – Balfour: Two RESPs entered the Walgreens store and stole approximately $3,000 worth of cigarettes. The two RESPs left the area in a white SUV and are still outstanding at this time.
  • 3/20 – Brentwood Blvd: RES entered the business by removing a small glass panel near the door entrance. RES pryed open the safe which contained approximately $2000.00. RES fled the back door activating the alarm.

Burglary – Residential

  • 3/8 –Anastasia Dr: RES entered open garage and stole IPOD, RAZOR Scooter and a storage bin with unknown items. Total loss $650
  • 3/13 – Pomerol CL: RES made unknown entry into residence and stole safe between 03/12/15 and 03/13/15.
  • 3/19 – Tremont Ct: RES attempted to gain entry into residence by prying front door, but was unsuccessful. No entry made.

Drunk

  • 3/7 – Allbrook Dr: ARR contacted during investigation of physical altercation. ARR determined too intoxicated to care for himself. ARR to MDF.
  • 3/17 – Balfour: Called to scene of a verbal altercation. Found ARR to be intoxicated in public. ARR  to MDF.

DUI

  • 3/6 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stopped for VC violation and found to be DUI. ARR to MDF.
  • 3/6 – Creektrail Ct.: ARR was found to be driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. ARR to MDF.
  • 3/7 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR stopped for VC violations. ARR found to be intoxicated. ARR found to be on probation and provided false name. ARR to MDF.
  • 3/13 – Coyote Ct.: ARR was found to be driving under the influence with 3 children. ARR to MDF. ARR’s vehicle parked at location.
  • 3/14 – Technology Way: ARR stopped for vehicle code violation, and determined to be driving while under the influnce of an alcoholic beverage. ARR to MDF.
  • 3/17 – Second St.: ARR stopped for VC violation and found to be DUI. ARR to MDF. VEH stored.
  • 3/21 – Walnut Blvd: ARR struck parked vehicle while DUI. ARR fled the scene and quickly located after abandoning his vehicle. ARR to MDF
  • 3/22 – Walnut Blvd: ARR contacted after VC violation and found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.

Grand Theft

  • 3/8 – Lone Tree Way: RP stated unknown RES exited the store with approximately $1800 of merchandise without paying.
  • 3/11 – Panorama Way: VIC sent $2500 to RES who purported to be his ex-wife under false pretense.
  • 3/16 – Regent Dr: RES stole VIC’s paint sprayer valued at approximately $2000. Theft occurred between 3/13 1630 hours and 3/16 0800 hours.
  • 3/17 – Sand Creek: RES stole two IPhone’s from AT&T store on 03/17/2015 at approximately 1730 hours.

H&S Violation

  • 3/19 – Presidio Dr: ARR- was contacted after egging Shadow Lakes security and was determined to be in possession of concentrated cannabis.
  • 3/19 – Brentwood Blvd: Vehicle was stopped for cvc violations. ARR was determined to be under the influence of a controlled substance. ARR to MDF.

Narcotic Violations

  • 3/6 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stopped for VC violation and found in possession of suspected methamphetamine and paraphernalia. ARR to MDF, VEH stored.
  • 3/6 – Balfour: ARR was determined to be under the influence of a controlled substance (stimulant) and was found to have two outstanding warrants. ARR to MDF.
  • 3/8 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and was ultimately in violation of her probation. ARR to MDF.
  • 3/8 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine. Additionally, ARR was in violation of his probation. ARR was released with the promise to appear.
  • 3/10 – Central: ARR was contacted regarding a suspicious person radio call. He was determined to be under the influence of a controlled substance.
  • 3/10 – Walnut Blvd: ARR’s stopped for VC violation. ARR-1 possessed narcotics without prescription and had an outstanding Felony Bench Warrant. ARR-2 possessed narcotics without prescription. ARR-1 to MDF, ARR-2 released on PTA.
  • 3/12 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was found to be in possession of psilcybin. ARR was released with the promise to appear.
  • 3/13 – Balfour: ARR was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and in violation ofhis probation terms. ARR to MDF.
  • 3/14 – Sand Creek: ARR was found to be in possession of stolen property, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a striking instrument. Additionally ARR was driving with a suspended driver’s license, using a false license plate, and he committed a felony while out on bail. AR…
  • 3/14 – Sycamore Ct.: ARR was stopped for CVC violation. ARR was in posession of suspected methamphetamine and determined to be under the influence of H&S. ARR to MDF.
  • 3/14 – Brentwood Blvd: ARRs were contacted for VC violations. ARR1 was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, and ARR2 was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • 3/18 – Autumn Valley Way: ARR, INV-1 and INV-2 contacted at location. ARR found to be on felony probation and in possession of suspected methamphetamine. ARR to MDF.
  • 3/20 – Grant St.: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR found to have two misdemeanor warrants in JAWS. ARR found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine. ARR to MDF.
  • 3/21 – Brentwood Bl: ARR was contacted at PD and admitted to possessing cocaine. ARR was transported to MDF.

Outside Assist

  • 3/19 – Jonathan TR: DA’s office required officers to provide personnel security while service several search warrants in the City of Brentwood.

Parole/Probation Violation

  • 3/19 –Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted sleeping behind Hampton Inn. ARR was found to be in violation of his parole. ARR to MDF.
  • 3/19 – Cerritos Rd.: ARR was determined to be on PRCS Probation and possessed methamphetamine. ARR to MDF.

Robbery

  • 3/9 – Marina Way: Unidentified RES forced VIC to give him $4100.00 cash by showing him a gun in his waistband. Occured 3/5/2015 at approximately 0830 hours

Threats

  • 3/8 – Beatrice St.: ARR-1 punched and choked VIC, as well as threatened to kill VIC. ARR-1 was found to be intoxicated and unable to care for himself. ARR-1 was transported to MDF.

Vandalism

  • 3/6 – Sand Creek: RES spray painted black paint on exterior of trash enclosure.
  • 3/6 – Brentwood Blvd: RES sprayed black spraypaint on exterior walls of the carwash.
  • 3/6 – Sand Creek: Unknown responsible(s) used black graffiti to deface a delivery truck and a recycling center. The graffiti did not appear to be gang related. The graffiti was found on 03/06/2015, at approximately 1151 hours.
  • 3/9 – San Jose Ave: Underside of overpass that runs perpendicular to San Jose Avenue, defaced with black spray paint. Time of occurrence unknown.
  • 3/10 – Saddle Creek Ct.: Responsible smashed victim’s truck window.
  • 3/12 – Brentwood Blvd: Unknown responsible(s) used an unknown object to shatter a vehicle’s rear windshield. Occurred on 03/12/2015, from approximately 0400 hours to 1850 hours.
  • 3/13 – W. Country Club Dr.: Vehicle’s driver side window smashed by an unidentified suspect causing $200 in damage.
  • 3/13 – McClarren Rd: On 03/13/2015, at approximately 1323 hours, graffiti was found at McClarren park. The graffiti did not appear to be obviously gang related.
  • 3/14 – Spyglass Dr: Unidentified RES smashed the driver side window of VIC’s vehicle with a rock causing $200 damage.
  • 3/14 – Lenzie Ct: RES slashed two tires on VIC’s vehicle.
  • 3/15 – Lillian St.: VIC’s vehicle vandalized. Total estimated loss $500.00.
  • 3/17 – Lone Tree Way: Responsible used green and red spray paint to mark wall on dumpster surround behind vacant retail business.
  • 3/21 – Shady Willow: RES entered VIC’s residence. RES threw VIC’s cloths around residence. VIC destroyed photo album and pillow. Total approximate loss $20.
  • 3/21 – Villa Tr.: RES involved in verbal with VIC and INV-1’s husband. RES punctured the tires to VIC’s vehicle and fled prior to police arrival. Total estimated loss $400.00.

Warrant

  • 3/6 – Cathy Ct.: ARR contacted during outside assist regarding two felony warrants for 503 PC, 530.5 PC, 459 PC, and 470 PC. ARR to MDF.
  • 3/11 – Delta Fair Blvd: Contra Costa County Probation issued warrant for ARR. ARR to MDF.
  • 3/12 – Pasco Dr.: ARR found to have outside misdemeanor warrant. ARR transported to MDF.
  • 3/13 – Lone Tree: ARR stopped for vehicle code violation, and determined to have an outstanding nonciteable warrant. ARR to MDF.
  • 3/14 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR contacted after a report of loud noise. ARR found to have two no cite warrants. ARR to MDF.
  • 3/16 – Fairview: ARR was contacted for an outstanding arrest warrant. ARR to MDF.
  • 3/19 – Sunset Rd: ARR contacted during traffic enforcement stop. ARR was found to have an outstanding warrant. ARR was released with a promise to appear.
  • 3/21 – Walnut Blvd: ARR found on public bus passed out due to alcohol. ARR found to have non-citable misdemeanor warrant out of San Mateo County. ARR to MDF.
  • 3/22 – Briarwood Ct: ARR was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant. ARR to MDF.
  • 3/22 – Lone Tree Way: ARR contacted at KOHLS and found to have three outside felony warrants. ARR to MDF.

Weapons Violation

  • 3/15 – Elm Street: ARR was contacted while riding his bicycle for outstanding misdemeanor cite release warrants. ARR found to be in possession of concealed fix blade knife. ARR on misdemeanor probation. ARR to MDF.
  • 3/16 – Baldwin Dr: ARR stopped for VC violation and found to be an addict in possession of a concealed loaded firearm, ammunition, 2.4 grams of methamphetamine, and paraphernalia. ARR was also under the influence of a controlled substance. ARR to MDF.
