At 7:30 pm Friday, Contra Costa Fire Protection District responded to a three-vehicle crash that blocked lanes on Westbound Highway 4 near Hillcrest Ave in Antioch.
Contra Costa Fire were dispatched to a vehicle that had spun out and was blocking the center lanes. Upon arrival, CONFIRE engine 88 reported 3-lanes were blocked.
By 7:39 pm, CHP reported all lanes were blocked. There was at least one person who sustained a “moderate” injury.

All lanes have since been re-opened.

There’s many distractions while driving, including health emergencies, so stop with the red herrings.
