The following are a sampling of calls handled by the Brentwood Police Department between July 18-22 according to information provided by Brentwood Police Department.

Arson

  • 7/21 – Minnesota Ave:Clothing in donation bin set afire. No damage to structure.

Assault

  • 7/18 – Macadamia Ct.: VIC-1 and VIC-2 sustained minor injuries during an altercation with RES. RES fled prior to officer arrival.
  • 7/18 – Shady Willow Ln: RES and VIC engaged in a physical altercation.
  • 7/18 – Apple Hill Dr: INV-1 punched INV-2. INV’s were intoxicated and did not want prosecution.
  • 7/22 – Birchwood Rd: RES entered INV’s residence and battered VIC. INV restrained RES. No one sustained any injuries as a result of the confrontation and no prosecution was desired.

Auto Theft

  • 7/18 – Brookshire St.: VIC reported his vehicle was stolen during the night. VEH entered into SVS. (7/18/14 2200-7/19/14 0700)
  • 7/20 – Brentwood Blvd: RP reported VIC’S vehicle was stolen some time during the night from the front parking lot. The vehicle was entered into SVS.
  • 7/21 – Stratford Ct: VIC’s driver side keyhole and ignition punched. Estimated total loss $1,000.00

Burglary – Auto

  • 7/18 – Guthrie Ln: RES shattered the front passenger side window to VIC’s vehicle. Once inside VIC’s vehicle, RES stole her purse.

Burglary – Business

  • 7/21 – Sand Creek Rd: RES(s) took numerous panties and fled the store. They later took items from the store in Antioch also. (Loss $3360 loss)

Burglary – Residential

  • 7/18 – Mountain View Dr.: RES entered VIC garage which was left open, between 2100-0400 hrs (7/17/14 – 7/18/14), and stole $800 worth of tools and other items. (5:01 am)
  • 7/18 – Mountain View Dr.: VIC left her garage open over night and her purse was stolen from her vehicle. (9:23 am)
  • 7/18 – Spyglass Dr: UNK RES burglarized the victim’s residence, the VIC saw the RES and described him as a W or H/M 30-45 years old, 5’09” tall and, wearing dark clothing. Entry was made by forcing the garage door open. Loss includes $45,000 worth of jewelry, a Dell laptop computer and several purses.
  • 7/20 – Keystone Way:RES entered VIC’s unlocked residence via a sliding glass door. RES stole $2,000 in cash and a gold ring.
  • 7/21 – Duchess Tr:RES- forced entry into the residence through a closed bedroom window and stole a television ($300) and currency ($35).
  • 7/22 – Putter Dr: Unidentified RES forced entry into VIC’s residence and stole numerous items. Total loss is under investigation.

Custody Orders

  • 7/18 – Balfour Rd:RP advised that RES never arrived to exchange their child in common, in violation of a court order.

DUI

  • 7/18 – Central Blvd: ARR was stopped for VC violations. ARR was determined to be DUI. ARR provided blood samples at the station. ARR to MDF.
  • 7/18 – Peachtree Ct: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR found to be DUI, and on probation. ARR to MDF.
  • 7/19 – Brentwood Blvd: Responded to a traffic collision. All parties declined medical attention. ARR collided with another vehicle. ARR was determined to be under the influence of alcohol. ARR was transported to MDF.
  • 7/20 – Haystack Ct.: ARR collided with a parked vehicle while DUI. ARR left the scene and drove to his residence. ARR to MDF.

Fraud

  • 7/21 – Franklin Dr: RES- gained access to VIC’s credit cards and purchased over $10087.37 dollars worth of merchandise.
  • 7/22 – Bismarck Ln: RES used VIC’s personal information to open a Verizon Wireless account in Southern

Grand Theft

  • 7/18 – Dawn Ct.: Two bicycles taken from front porch. Total loss valued at $3000. (Occurred between 7/15/14 1800 – 7/18/14 1045)
  • 7/18 – Grant St.: VIC suspects painting crew took items from her residence. Total loss estimated at $8400. (Occurred between 7/7/14 0800 – 7/12/14 1800).
  • 7/21 – Forestview CM: VIC’s 12-year-old daughter, INV-1 gave VIC’s money to her friends. They used it to purchase property, which they returned.
  • 7/22 – Oregold Ln: VIC’s tailgate stolen off truck overnight. Total estimated loss $3,000.00.

Misc. Information

  • 7/20 – Collis St.: Three  female subjects walking nude capture on surveillance video.
  • 7/22 – Sawyer Ct.: INV1 is maintaining a webpage that is harassing RP.

Narcotics Violation

  •  7/20 – Brentwood Blvd:ARR was found in possession of meth during a contact. ARR on five counts of felony probation and AB109. ARR to MDF.

Petty Theft

  • 7/21 – Balfour Rd:ARR stole items from above business and also determined to have a no bail warrant for his arrest. ARR to MDF.

Restraining Order Violation

  • 7/18 – Boone Dr.: VIC has a restraining order against RES whch was violated.
  • 7/20 – Brentwood Blvd: Res violated court order. Res did not bring child back by time indicated in court

Robbery

  • 7/22 – Minnesota Ave: ARRs attempted to take VIC’s purse and cell phone by force. They fled to Willow Creek Terrace where they stole a bicycle from an open garage and were apprehended. ARRs were booked at BPD and transported to Juvenile Hall.

Threats

  • 7/19 – O’Hara Ave: ARR-1 brandished firearm and made threats to VIC. ARR-2 attempted to force his way inside residence to fight VIC. ARR-1 to MDF. ARR-2 released to mother on juvenile affidavit.

Trespassing

  • 7/18 – Sand Creek Rd: On 7/17/14, RES entered Raley’s in violation of a verbal no trespass admonishment. RES made comments to store manager that were threatening to her. VIC wants incident documented but does not wish prosecution.

 

Vandalism

  • 7/21 – Glenwillow Dr:VEH’s window broken. No items stolen. Occd 0200-0230.
  • 7/21 – Blossom Dr: Driver’s side window was shattered, but there was no sign of entry into the vehicle. No items were missing.
  • 7/22 – Claremont Dr: VIC-1 observed ARR-1 slash the tires of his vehicle. VIC signed a citizen’s arrest against ARR-1. ARR-1 also determined to be too intoxicated to care for himself. ARR-1 to MDF. ARR-2 was released on a PTA form being under 21 Y.O. and in possession of alcohol.
  • 7/22 – Claremont Dr.: Responsible smashed plexi-glass on East Bay Regional Park District display at entrance to Dry Creek Trail in Creekside Park.
  • 7/22 – Timberline: VIC believes SUS(s) spray painted graffiti on car windows. VIC did not desire any police investigation, only that the incident be documented.
  • 7/22 – Ranchwood Dr.: RES kicked VIC’s vehicle and caused damage.

Vehicle Code Violations

  • 7/19 – Sand Creek Rd: RES entered VIC’S unlocked vehicle and attempted to remove the stereo system from the dash but was unsuccessful.

Warrant

  • 7/22 – Sunrise Dr: ARR was contacted and found to have an outstanding arrest warrant. ARR to Juvenile
