Brentwood: Recycle Water Fill Station Now Open 7-Days a Week

The City of Brentwood has announced its recycled water fill station is now open 7-days a week. The station is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. On the weekends its open from 7:00 am to 3:30pm. It is closed on all city-observed holidays.

To meet demand, an additional five fill stations have also been added to increase the total to ten stations.

Since its official opening on June 19th , the City’s Recycled Water Fill Station has served over 11,000 vehicles and distributed more than 2,000,000 gallons of recycled water to City utility customers.

The Fill Station is located at the City’s Wastewater Treatment Plant, 2251 Elkins Way. Customers may bring containers (up to 300 gallons) to fill with recycled water, free of charge, and take for appropriate use.

To utilize this recycled water, customers will need to show a valid ID, a recent City of Brentwood utility bill, complete a short application and receive a brief, one-time training on the regulated uses of recycled water.
