Brentwood Police Say School Threat Same One Targeting Other Schools

The Brentwood Police Department said Monday that a school threat circulating around on social media is the same one that has reached law enforcement agencies nationwide.

“Brentwood PD has been working with school staff regarding a social media post that threatened a school shooting at “BMS.” Further investigation revealed no correlation to Brentwood’s Bristow Middle School. The exact same threatening message has reached law enforcement agencies nationwide,” said Lieutenant Walter O’Grodnick.

Anyone with information regarding the threatening post is asked to call the Brentwood Police Department at 925-809-7911.
