The following are a sampling of calls handled by the Brentwood Police Department between August 13-26 according to information provided by Brentwood Police Department.

Assault

  • 8/14 – Medallion Dr.:ARR pulled VIC’s hair and punched VIC in the face multiple times. ARR released on Juvenile Affidavit.
  • 8/18 – Second St.: RES struck VIC in the face during the football scrimmage. Negative medical
  • 8/19 – Central Bl: RES stole VIC’s locked vehicle from a parking stall in the apartment complex. The vehicle was later recovered.
  • 8/20 – Summerwood Dr: VIC’s vehicle stolen overnight. VIC’s vehicle entered into SVS as stolen.
  • 8/21 – Second St: RES was arrested after fighting with VIC on school grounds.
  • 8/22 – Sand Creek: RES met VIC at Dollar Tree where she works to collect a cellphone. RES grabbed VIC by the arm to force her to give her the phone. VIC pushed RES away and fled into the store. RES fled prior to arrival.
  • 8/22 – Second St: INV’s engaged in a mutual fight on campus.
  • 8/22 – Scenic Ct: JUV refused to get into the car to go to his home in Fremont. A physical altercation ensued, but no injuries.
  • 8/23 – Oak St. INV-1 and INV-2 got into an argument. INV-2 struck INV-1 causing a minor cut to the nose. INV-1 refused to cooperate with investigation.INV-1 and INV-2 released from
  • 8/24 – First St: Parties engaged in a mutual fight. INV parties did not want to cooperate with officers investigation and did not want prosecution.

Auto Theft

  • 8/13 – Roper CL: VICS vehicle was taken over night. Vehicle entered into SVS
  • 8/15 – Cerritos Rd: RES stole VIC’s vehicle.
  • 8/17 – Armstrong Way: RES stole VIC’s utility trailer while it was parked in front of residence. Trailer entered into SVS.
  • 8/26 – Presidio Dr: VIC vehicle was taken from the street IFO his residence.

Burglary – Business

  • 8/15 – Lone Tree Way: ARR entered Kohl’s and cut the sensors off a pair of shoes worth approximately $75 and exited without paying. ARR was on Misd Probation for Commercial Burglary. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/16 – Second St.: RESs entered business with intent to steal baby formula. RESs fled in VEH when confronted by employees.
  • 8/22 – Brentwood Blvd: RES forced entry into business, cut open the safe, and stole approximately $717 in cash.

 

Burglary – Residential

  • 8/15 – Anastasia Dr.: RES forced entry via the front door of VIC’s residence. RES stole a safe containing money. Occd 1845-2130 hours.
  • 8/20 – Central Park Pl: RES entered VIC’s residence and stole items between 7/1/14 and 8/20/14.
  • 8/20 – Crossridge Ct.: Responded to an alarm and discovered VIC’S side garage door forced open.
  • 8/21 – Mills Dr: RP’s garage door forced open by unknown means of force, and red release latch taken from garage. Total estimated loss $800.00.
  • 8/21 – Blossom Ct.: VIC residence entered through rear slider of garage side door. Jewelry and personal items stolen. VIC suspects ex-husband as SUS.
  • 8/22 – Spyglass Dr: RP arrived at home, entered through the garage and found his home alarm was activated and the front door unlocked. RES entered the house through an unlocked bathroom window and fled through the front door. Occurred at 2155 hours. No property was taken.

Burglary – Theft From Auto

  • 8/21 – Sand Creek Rd: VIC’s window smashed. RES stole iphone and fled. O’ccd 1910-1925 hours.
  • 8/26 – Brentwood Blvd: RES broke the rear window to VIC’s vehicle. No items were taken.

DUI

  • 8/14 –Balfour: ARR was stopped for minor vehicle code violations and determined to be under the influence of Spice. ARR booked at BPD and released per 849(b) PC.
  • 8/16 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR found to be DUI. VEH released to INV, ARR to MDF.
  • 8/16 – Chestnut St.: ARR-1 was stopped for VC violation. ARR-1 found to be DUI. ARR-2 was unable to care for self-due to intoxication. ARR’s to MDF.
  • 8/16 – Minnesota Ave: ARR was contacted while riding skateboard in middle of street. ARR found to be too intoxicated to care for himself. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/17 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was stopped for VC violation and determined to be DUI. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/18 – Oxford Ln: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR found to be DUI. VEH stored, ARR to MDF.
  • 8/19 – Village Dr.: ARR was stopped for a VC violation. ARR determined to be DUI. ARR provided breath samples. ARR to MDF and his vehicle was stored.
  • 8/22 – Second St: P-1 (ARR) was driving V-1 northbound on Second St. approaching the intersection of O’Hara Ave. P-2 was driving V-2 and attempting to make left turn from Town Center Apartments onto southbound Second St. ARR determined to be driving under the influence of alcohol. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/23 – Wicklow Way: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR found to be DUI while on DUI probation. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/24 – O’Hara Ave: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR found to be DUI. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 8/25 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR vehicle stopped for CVC violation. ARR was DUI, on DUI probation, and suspended for DUI. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/26 – Minnesota Ave: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR found to be DUI. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/26 – Balfour Rd: ARR was stopped for VC violations and found to be DUI.

Forgery

  • 8/14 – Sand Creek Rd:RES entered business and payed for merchandise using a fictitious $100.00 bill.
  • 8/20 – Lone Tree Way: Unk RES attempted to pass a counterfeit $100 at the business.

Fraud/Credit Card/ATM

  • 8/14 – Lone Tree Way: RES purchased items from O’Reilly Auto Parts with a fraudulent check.
  • 8/22 – Brentwood Blvd: RES attempted to gain a credit card using VIC’s personal information. The credit was not obtained. VIC’s credit was negatively impacted by inquiry thus requiring report for creditor.

Grand Theft

  • 8/13 – Mill Creek Way: Unknown RES removed catalytic converter from VIC’s vehicle. Occ’d 8/13/2014 at approximately 0530 hours.
  • 8/14 – Blue Ridge Ave: RES stole the catalytic converter from VIC’s vehicle. The vehicle is 2007 Dodge Ram truck. Occurred from 08/10/14 at 2230 hours-8/11/14 at 0430 hours. Estimated value of loss is $1800.00.
  • 8/15 – Sand Creek Rd: Three black female RES(s) entered Victorias Secret and stole approximately $4100 worth of underwear. RES(s) fled in a silver Mercedes SUV.
  • 8/17 – Lone Tree Way: 3 BFA and 1 BMA entered the business and stole 37 pairs of sunglasses. The RES were in the business for less than a minute. The estimated value of stolen items is $8500.00.
  • 8/21 – Lone Tree Way: ARR entered store and stole $1,055 worth of products. ARR was detained by loss prevention. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/22 – Dainty Ave: RES removed the catalytic converter from VIC’s parked vehicle. Occurred between 8/17/14 @ 1500 – 8/22/14 @ 1000.
  • 8/23 – Red Rock: UNK Responsible(s) stole items from unlocked tool boxes on a PG&E truck.
  • 8/25 – Katherine Ct.: RES stole VIC’s cellular phone after she loaned it to him to make a call. The phone was later returned. No prosecution desired.

Narcotics Violations

  • 8/16 – McClarren: ARR-1 stopped for CVC violation and found to be in possession of approximately 8 grams of methamphetamine for sale, hydrocodon pills, a collapsible baton, and drug paraphernalia. ARR to MDF. ARR-2 released per 849(b) PC.
  • 8/17 – Second St.: ARR was contacted during suspicious circumstance and determined to be under the influence of a CNS stimulant and possessed suspected methamphetamine. ARR released pursuant to 849(b) PC.
  • 8/17 – Brentwood Blvd:ARR contacted on welfare check and found in possession of suspected meth. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/22 – Central Blvd: ARR was stopped for traffic violations, could not provide satisfactory identification, and was placed under arrest. A search incident to arrest revealed ARR was in possession of methamphetamine. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/25 – Brentwood Blvd: VEH stopped for VC violation. ARR found in possession
  • 8/25 – Lawrence Ln: ARR was contacted at his residence and found to be in possession of methamphetamine. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/25 – Barbara St.: ARR’s contacted at location and found to be under the influence of a CNS stimulant and in possession of suspected methamphetamine.
  • 8/25 – Norma Ln: ARR1 was contacted and found to be in possession of methamphetamine. ARR2 was found to be under the influence of the same. ARRs to MDF.
  • 8/26 – Walnut Blvd: ARR was contacted and found to be under the influence of a CNS stimulant. A search of ARR incident to arrest located suspected methamphetamine. ARR to MDF.

Other Violations

  • 8/13 – Anastasia Dr.: ARR was contacted for possessing marijuana in the park. ARR provided false identification to peace officers and was found to be in possession of marijuana. ARR released to Freedom High School on a signed juvenile affidavit.
  • 8/13 – Havenwood Ave: RES brandished stun gun at VIC.
  • 8/14 – Sand Creek Rd: INV and ARR were stopped during a suspicious vehicle investigation. ARR was a passenger and was heavily intoxicated. While attempting to detain ARR he resisted officers and taken into custody. ARR to MDF.

Parole/Probation Violations

  • 8/25 – Kayla Pl: ARR violated a served domestic violence restraining order and fled from officers. ARR taken into custody and placed on a parole hold. ARR to MDF.

Petty Theft

  • 8/13 – Lone Tree Way: RES entered business and stole baby formula. Loss: $597.87
  • 8/14 – Balfour Rd: RES entered Arco and stole two cans of beer.
  • 8/14 – Lone Tree Way: ARR placed under C/A for stealing makeup.
  • 8/15 – Lone Tree Way:RES stole one pair of shoes from Famous Footwear and fled in a dark green Dodge four door. An area check met with negative results for the vehicle and RES.
  • 8/15 – California Tr.: VIC reported his wallet was stolen from his unlocked vehicle. VIC later located his stolen property in the street nearby.
  • 8/15 – Lone Tree Way: RES stole a speaker and fled.
  • 8/15 – Sand Creek Rd: RES entered the business and stole a pair of sunglasses. Value of stolen item was $264.00.
  • 8/15 – Kayla Pl: RES stole items from VIC. RES later returned the items.
  • 8/16 – Sand Creek: Two RES(s) entered Ulta Beauty and stole merchandise. Area check met with negative results.
  • 8/16 – Balfour Rd: RES entered store and stole numerous items. RES fled scene prior to police arrival.
  • 8/16 – Brentwood Blvd: RES entered the business and stole 2 24 packs of beer, and fled in an unk direction.
  • 8/17 – Lone Tree Way: VIC left cellular phone on front counter near her business register. Unknown RES stole cellular phone. Occurred from 1435-1505 hours. Value of stolen item $700.00.
  • 8/17 – Orbetello Ct.: RES stole VIC’s bicycles.
  • 8/19 – Highlands Way: Responsible took a floor mat from the front of the church.
  • 8/19 – La Sata Dr: VEH parked in driveway of residence was left unlocked; had miscellaneous personal items, cash, men’s wallet and credit cards taken from VEH. Occurred 8/19/14 between approximately 1845 hours and 1915 hours.
  • 8/21 – Amberleaf Way: ARR entered unlocked vehicles and tampered with the contents, and stole items from inside. ARR is currently on probation. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/21 – Dainty Ave: VIC left her vehicle unlocked and her purse was stolen.
  • 8/22 – Sand Creek: ARR was placed under arrest for shoplifting. ARR was released on a PTA.

Possession of stolen Property

  • 8/20 – Central Blvd: ARR’s were contacted during a traffic enforcement stop. ARR1 was found to be in possession of stolen property, ARR2 was found to be in possession of stolen property, narcotics paraphernalia, and pepper spray, and ARR3 was found to have burglarized a vehicle and brought narcotics paraphernalia into t…

Robbery

  • 8/13 – Lone Tree Way: RES’S took property and threatened VIC when confronted.

Suspicious Circumstance

  • 8/15 – Europena Dr.: INV’s were seen looking into a vehicle and attempting to open the front door to the residence overnight.
  • 8/17 – Oak St.: INV found unconscious lying in parking lot. INV transported to Kaiser for head injury. INV was intoxicated and did not know what happened.
  • 8/17 – El Dorado Ave: Unk INV attempted to open the front door of the RP’s residence
  • 8/25 – Lone Tree Way: RES(S) entered business and attempted to steal merchandise. Loss Prevention confronted RES(S) outside of business and a physical altercation ensued. RES(S) fled scene prior to police arrival. No medical required. Total loss and recovery $312.83

Threats

  • 8/21 – Brandon Miles way: VIC arrived home and found RES standing in front of his residence. RES attempted to serve VIC with restraining order from INV. RES pointed a firearm at VIC after being told to leave. Unable to locate RES who fled prior to officer arrival.

Vandalism

  • 8/14 – Tamalpais: Vehicle parked on south elevated curb line of Tamalpais, facing east. Occurred approximately between 8/1314 1830 hours and 8/14 1200 hours damage to the right rear panel of jeep. No suspect information
  • 8/14 – Guise Way: Rear window of vehicle was broken. No items were taking from within the vehicle. Occurred from 1330 hours to 1834 hours. Estimated value of damage was $200.00.
  • 8/14 – Second St.: Unknown RES damaged the bus stop. Unknown total loss.
  • 8/15 – Fairview Ave: RES pulled screen from window, broke screen apart and kicked window. No entry was made. Appears to be consistent with vandalism based on RP’s report.
  • 8/17 – Claremont Ct: VIC’s vehicle was keyed.
  • 8/19 – Towncentre Tr: Responsible(s) used red spray paint to write multiple symbols and words on the north facing wall of Town Center Terrace.
  • 8/19 – Second St.: RES removed grate at the base of the building.
  • 8/20 – Keepsake Way: Unknown RES wrote profanity on VIC’s vehicle using mustard and shaving cream.
  • 8/25 – Second St: RES- dented and scratched VIC’s vehicle causing approximately $300-$400 in damages.
  • 8/25 – Bauer Way: RES jumped his BMX bike onto two park benches, breaking each.
  • 8/25 – Sycamore Ave: ARR punched hole in VIC’S bedroom door.

Vehicle Code Violations

  • 8/14 – Balfour Rd: During a traffic stop related to a possible theft call the ARR provided the name and birthdate of an actual person. Further investigation revealed her true identity. She had been driving on a suspended/revoked drivers license. She was transported and booked into MDF.
  • 8/17 – Sand Creek Rd: RES tampered with VIC’s vehicle ignition.

Warrant Arrest

  • 8/17 – Fernwood Ln: ARR contacted during burglary investigation and found to have misdemeanor warrant from Solano County. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/22 – Pippo Ave: ARR was contacted walking southbound Pippo Avenue and was determined to have a misdemeanor cite-releasable warrant. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 8/23 – First St:ARR contacted for VC violations. ARR found to have an outstanding extraditable 14601.1(a) VC warrant out of El Dorado County. ARR to MDF. VEH stored.
  • 8/25 – Cerritos Rd:ARR had a no cite warrant

Weapons Violations

  • 8/13 – Jane Way: ARR stopped for VC violations and found to be in possession of metal knuckles. ARR to
  • 8/18 – Main St.: ARR was found to be a felon in possession of ammunition and an explosive device while on probation. ARR to MDF.
  • 8/26 – Second St.: ARR was in possession of a locking blade knife on campus. He was issued a juvenile affidavit and released.
