The Antioch Police captured a car theft subject on 9th Street and J Street this afternoon around 3:30 pm which required medical attention after the subject fled the vehicle and attempted to run into an apartment. Police were left little choice but to use a taser on the subject. AMR was immediately called.
No information is available at this time on the type of vehicle or the subject in custody.
