At 1:55 pm Sunday, Contra Costa County firefighters responded to a report of a residential structure fire in the 2600 block of Bugle Way in Antioch.
The initial report was smoke and flames coming from the home with a vehicle in the driveway.

Firefighters arrived on scene with smoke coming from inside the home and worked the fire as if it was occupied. As firefighters attempted to make access, the home was confirmed to be fortification with bars across the windows and began treating it as a possible trapped situation.
Shortly after access was made, it was a confirmed grow house and pulled back all firefighters until PG&E was on scene to shut off the power.
