SACRAMENTO – Today, California Assemblymembers James Gallagher (R-Yuba City) and Kevin Kiley (R-Rocklin) announced that an Appellate Court has scheduled oral argument in their lawsuit challenging Governor Gavin Newsom’s abuse of emergency powers during the COVID-19 State of Emergency. The parties will appear before the 3rd District Court of Appeal in Sacramento on April 20 at 9:30 AM.

If I were part of the Antioch City Council, I sure as hell would NOT start anything with ANY police department. Remember, police have GUNS and training. Not good news for anyone who tries to bring them down. I would LOVE to see the police arrest those in the Council who are interfering with police business. They are interfering with our PUBLIC SAFETY!
Chief Brooks should not put up with that shit!
