Every year houses burn in areas of the state where there are dense forests. Most of those fires start from lightening, but many are set by arsonists. Then, after the fires, the owners rebuilt those houses and … guess what? They burn down the following year! There are only a few places in California where people can live without their houses burning down. This is mainly close to the shoreline. With these fires, it is our tax dollars which have to pay for fire fighting. Unless your house is built of concrete or brick, find another place to live or move out of state!
