On this episode of WTF California podcast, we kick off the week with a thank you to our listeners, we remind folks that come Friday, the coroner’s report will be released in the Angelo Quinto Cases with the Antioch Police Department. We praise a judge who increased bail on a burglary defendant and openly was critical of Prop 47 as well as catch and release. City of Oakland had another homicide, rough weekend in San Jose with sideshows and other activities across the state. Finally, we touch on recall where democrats are worried for Governor Gavin Newsom and it appears media is beginning to push Kevin Paffrath as a fall back as Plan B.

Mike,
Thank you and Kenny. It’s all because of you two that we KEEP LISTENING!
Prop 47 is THE WORST prop ever. What kind of warped brain thought this up? One good thing is that many were caught and wound up being done in. You try to attack people and steal things, there are consequences one cannot anticipate.
It’s so ironic. Those who voted for Prop 47 — and it passed — are now bitching about their cars being broken into and windows shattered! It can happen in their driveway and for sure if they are visiting in San Francisco. Nice going, people! Now, try to dismantle this prop. Good luck!
I could not believe that people would vote to pass this incredibly stupid proposition. What were they thinking? Now, we’re stuck with it! THANKS A WHOLE LOT, dopes!
