Orwood Resorts put out the following message today regarding vandalism of one of their palm trees on the Point which was cut down. They are now offering a $1,000 reward if the information leads to an arrest. We would encourage anyone with potential information to come forward.
If there is anyone who knows the person(s) that cut down one of our palm trees on the Point, we are offering a $1000 reward, if it results in an arrest. You will have to be willing to speak with the Sheriff Dept. Please help us find the person who did this so that their acts of vandalism come to an end. Please call our store at 925-634-6812 for additional info. Thank you!

I guess every town has their form of crime. Antioch its gangs and Brentwood its tree cutters. Hope they find these people.

Why do you constantly do personal attacks? Can’t make a cogent argument on any subject Burkeholder puts up without slinging a personal insult. In the 60’s we all drove from Pleasant Hill to Orwood to water ski and of course the ear of corn fresh off the stalk. Good place good memories.
