The definition of a “pedestrian” is one who is walking on a surface, usually a street! Was this pedestrian taking a walk on the freeway? This was not explained clearly.

I agree and wish there was more info. Was this a case of somebody with a vehicle issue that broke down and made the wrong call, or one of the local homeless urchins taking an ill advised stroll on the freeway?

I wonder why there is usually so little info in reporting. Mentions that the driver was on the area for unknown reasons, but can’t shed light on why in the world someone is dancing around on a freeway?
