The Antioch Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 11-year-old Yorel Holmes.
According to police, he is described as being approximately 4’ 5” tall, 80lbs, and was last seen wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, dark-colored jeans, and black shoe in the area of Delta Fair Blvd and Century Blvd in the City of Antioch around 12:27 pm. He was on foot towards Somersville Road.
Police confirmed Wednesday that the youth was still missing and no foul play was suspected, however, he does have family in the area.

UPDATE
Yorel Holmes has been located by Antioch Police around 3:30pm. He safe and sound.

Where has this kid been hiding? Don’t his parents — or mother, or grandmother — have any control over a 4’5″ 11 year old? Why do our APD have to take time from going after criminals and other garbage which has permeated this city to go search for some snot-nosed kid who is his parents’ responsibility?
