Stockton PD: Man Kidnapped Antioch Girl for Prostitution

Chester Lewellyn Brown

A Stockton man was arrested Sunday after kidnapping a 17-year-old Antioch girl who escaped and contacted authorities claiming she had been kidnapped and forced into prostitution.

Stockton Police arrested Chester Lewellyn Brown, 20 years old, for kidnapping, various sex-related crimes, terrorist threats, and outstanding warrants.

Stockton Police found the victim who reported she met the suspect several months earlier in Antioch. On May 23, she ran away after arguing with her parents.

The suspect picked up the victim and transported her to Stockton, where he forced the victim to create an online account and engage in acts of prostitution according to Stockton Police Officer Joseph Silva.

According to Police, between May 23 and May 27, police stated Brown forced the 17-year-old girl to make a social media site to sell herself and would not let her leave while threatening to kill her. He also reportedly had sex with her on a couple of occasions.

Upon finally being alone, she freed herself from a Motel in Stockton and contacted authorities—an hour earlier she was able to text her father about being kidnapped for prostitution who also contacted the police.

With police on scene, Brown returned to the motel where he was detained and they found three more female juveniles where two were 14-years-old and another was 16-years-old. Police located condoms and a book called “Pimpology: The 48 Laws of the Game.

Brown was taken into custody without incident.

According to police, further investigation revealed that one of the 14-year-olds was teaching the initial victim how to be a prostitute, had an outstanding warrant, and had been reported as a Missing Person from the Bay Area.

The other two female juveniles denied any involvement in prostitution.

Police said they saved a couple of people Sunday, however, these “pimps” have multiple girls working with them and are asking anyone who knows Chester Brown to come forward if they were also a victim.

“It’s very important to arrest someone like Brown,” said Silva. “What we see is these types of pimps pray on young girls as young as 13,14,15 year olds and they will pretend to be a father figure and take care of them. But then they will quickly turn through force or fear will turn them into prostitutes.”

The arrest occurred at the 6700 block of Plymouth Road, Bear Creek District.

Yes folks, while you pay their section 8 housing, they are conspiring to develop a business enterprise so they can afford their Cadillac, 30 inch rims, and loud stereos.
