The Santa Cruz County Sheriffs Office announced Tuesday the arrest of volleyball coach Kjell Nilssen. He’s been arrested for contacting a minor with the intent to have sex and for failing to register as a sex offender.
Nilssen started a relationship with a teen after they met in 2012 while he was working for a private organization called the Shoreline Volleyball Club in Santa Cruz. The teen’s parents found out and Nilseen was arrested last week.
As of Tuesday afternoon, Kjell Nilssen was freed from jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.
The Sheriffs Office believe there could be other victims. Anyone with information is asked to call Detective April Skalland at 831-454-7620.

Pedofiles are disgusting non humans who are lower than life. All registered sex offenders should be neutered.
