The Pleasanton Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance locating a teenage boy that ran away from his mother on 12/10/14. 16 year-old Collin Vaughan was last seen in the area of the Kaiser medical offices located on Stoneridge Drive in Pleasanton at around 3:45 PM on 12/10/14. He is described as a black male, 5’9” tall, 125 pounds with short black hair.
Collin was last seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and blue basketball shorts. Collin is familiar with the BART system and may have traveled to other parts of the bay area but does not have a cellular phone.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Collin Vaughan should contact the Pleasanton Police Department at 925-931-5100 immediately.
Update:
On 12/11/14, Collin Vaughan safely returned home and is no longer missing. Pleasanton PD wishes to thank everyone who called with information about Collin or shared his story on social media sites.
