Pittsburg: Traffic Collision Causes Power Outage to 500 Residents

At approximately 4:30 am a traffic collision occurred in the area of East 3rd Street and Harbor Street.  During the collision a utility pole was struck, causing a power outage affecting approximately 500 residents located on the north side of the city.  Pacific Gas and Electric representatives stated they anticipate the power to be fully restored in the early afternoon.
