Pittsburg: Pedestrian in Stable Condition After Being Struck by Vehicle

Just before 6:00 am Tuesday morning, Pittsburg Police officers responded to Willow Pass Road near Nantucket Drive for a vehicle that had struck a pedestrian.

The pedestrian, a 22 year old female Pittsburg resident, was crossing the street inside of the crosswalk when she was struck by a vehicle at the intersection.  The pedestrian was transported to the hospital and is listed in stable condition.

The driver is cooperating with this investigation.  Impairment does not appear to be a factor.
