At approximately 9:25 Thursday, the Pittsburg Police Department responded to a report of a shooting at W Leland Road at Crestview Drive in the City of Pittsburg.
According to police, officers heard multiple gunshots in the area of Frontage Road and Crestview Drive. As officers arrived in the area to investigate, a subject pulled his vehicle in front of officers patrol vehicles and advised he was shot.
Over 10 rounds were shot inside the vehicle, 1 of them hitting the subject on his right hip. Additional officers responded to the area and located a crime scene near Lido Square Apartments.
Multiple spent shell casings of various calibers were located.
