Here is a good opportunity for residents of Pittsburg to get involved with their city as the City of Pittsburg is looking for residents to fill spots within the Planning Commission, the Community Advisory Commission and the Contra Costa County Library Commission.
Openings include:
- Planning Commission – 4 openings
- Community Advisory Commission – 5 openings
- Contra Costa County Library Commission – two openings (commissioner/alternate)
Applications must be submitted to the City Clerk’s office by May 3. Interviews will take place May 20, with appointments made June 17 by the City Council.
