Livermore Police Search for Suspects in Deadly Parking Lot Shooting

On October 24,  at 6:05 PM, LPD Dispatch received multiple 9-1-1 calls of a shooting in the parking lot of CVS Pharmacy (1500 First Street).

Responding officers arrived within minutes and located two subjects that had been shot inside of a vehicle in the parking lot. The driver, who has not been identified, was deceased at the scene. The front passenger suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was transported to an area hospital. The front passenger has not been identified at this time and the passenger’s condition is unknown.

Witnesses at the scene provided a possible suspect and suspect vehicle description:

Possible Suspects:

Suspect #1 (driver)
Black male, tall, thin build, and wearing a gray beanie cap. This suspect was armed with a black long gun.

Suspect #2 (front passenger)
Unknown descript male.

Suspect Vehicle:
2006 BMW 325i (license: 5PLR682). The vehicle is black in color with (2) red racing stripes on the hood.

The suspect vehicle fled out the parking lot onto Railroad Avenue. The suspect vehicle was broadcast to allied agencies, and the California Highway Patrol (CHP) located the vehicle on I580 and initiated a pursuit. CHP lost the vehicle in Oakland.
