Juneteenth Event Set for Friday in Antioch

On Friday June 19, the community is coming together in the City of Antioch for a Juneteenth event that will feature a peace walk, arts, and music.

The event will kick off with a walk from City Hall to a celebration at A & 6th Street which is the original property of Thomas Gaines.

The event will celebrate a community of 1st, Antioch’s 1st African-American Mayor, 1st African-American Councilwoman, 1st African-American Police Chief, 1st African-American District Attorney, 1st African-American County Supervisor, 1st AUSD School Board Trustee on the land of the 1st African-American resident of Antioch.

The event will adhere to social distancing regulations.

I don’t use GOOGLE! GOOGLE has a lot of incorrect information and they track where you go.. . and sell your information to advertisers ………. I use DuckDuckGo or Bing —

Google actually makes people sound stupid! Even Google’s own co-founder (Sergei Brin) himself told me that they cannot check every input going into their system. He apologized!
