The San Joaquin Yacht Club, in conjunction with the Bethel Island Chamber of Commerce, is proudly supporting an event for the East Contra Costa County Meals-on-Wheels Organization. They will be hosting two events for participants to either golf or bowl on May 18th, 2013. The event is open to Yacht Club members and the public to participate as this is for a good cause.
According to Katie Senior from the San Joaquin Yacht Club, they are still looking for 15-more golfers to sign up for the event being held at Shadow Lakes. Right now, they have 25-signed up. May 11 is the cutoff date to register. The event is $100 which includes 18-holes of golf, lunch and dinner.
