There have been quite a few fires in Antioch within the last couple of days. Someone is setting those! Please be vigilant. It’s getting drier and drier and the wind is taking off again. NOT a good combination.

It’s going to get even drier! I know people who are taking turns watching all night long around their neighborhoods to see if some bums start fires just for sport! My neighbor, who is retired, actually drives around his and adjacent neighborhoods keeping an eye on people loitering in the middle of the night.

Another fire set at Somerville and SR-4. I keep hearing fire engines for hours now. Who is setting those fires? They don’t set themselves!
