What’s the history of that bar? I’ve known it was there at least 47 years but never went there.

It was a historic landmark in Antioch. So sad that people would set it on fire. What’s wrong with people.

Wow isn’t it suspicious that the bar owner and another guy were found upstairs dead of an overdose about 2 months ago and now a fire there and into that same apartment! I don’t think it’s a coincidence it’s more like a cover up!

Nothing at all fishy about about this. 😏

RY You don’t know the owners or the people that worked there. Or anyone that went there. This is a tragedy , possibly a crime. The Abc Rendezvous is one of two old time neighborhood watering holes Antioch has left.
So show some Respect and Empathy. Or keep your mouth and keyboard silent.

This is a tragedy indeed. People lost their jobs because of this destruction. I hope the culprit(s) are found quickly. There are security cameras all over that area. Drove by there during the late morning and it was awful.

ST you don’t know anything about the Hard working people that owned the Abc Rendezvous. Or the Hard working people that worked there. The customers also hard working and decent for the most part. Someone set that fire to Harm to Hurt to destroy something that didn’t belong to them. If your on the side of the arsonists maybe you should run for The City Council!
