On Monday at around 5:00 pm, two suspects attempted to steal merchandise from Macy’s at the Solano Town Center Mall where an Antioch man was taken into custody and booked on multiple felony charges.
According to Fairfield Police, 19-year-old Rudolpho James of Antioch was confronted by store security while leaving the store without paying for merchandise where they ultimately tackled him.
Upon taking James into custody, the loss prevention officers found he had a hand gun which was loaded. James was disarmed by security and handcuffed until police arrived. He was booked and is now in Solano County Jail.
The second suspect fled by foot and it’s unclear if he participated in the incident or not.

Editor’s Note:
Its being reported James has both Antioch and Vallejo Address.
In doing a Google search on Rudolpho James, it appears that in August 2013 he and three others were arrested by American Canyon Police who responded to a theft at Walmart. That case also involved a loaded gun.

Great job security! A lot of that going around. Hope he stays in jail.
Keep him in jail. We don’t want him back in Antioch.
THROW THE BOOK AT HIM AND KEEP HIM LOCKED UP. TRASH LIKE THIS DO NOT DESERVE TO BE ALLOWED IN SOCIETY
Another Antioch POS. Keep him in Solano County. One less POS over here is a drop in the hat. Great job to the mall/store security who could of been shot by this dirt bag.
Anyone want to bet these pieces of garbage are part of the common denominator of ghetto filth in Antioch? Yeah I said it..
