Took me 45-minutes to go about 200-yards. Willow Pass Road was equally slow so I stayed on 4, but then Willow Pass eased up. Too bad I had passed the exit by then.

They need to make people get off at Port Chicago and before when they have these shootings and accidents. It is ridiculous, the poor planning that went into Highway 4; just the cheapest crappiest job they could do. There should definitely be fore Freeway exits by San Marcos given the number of shootings and accidents literally closing down the freeways way too often. I’m so sick of having to plan my entire life around Highway 4’s and East County’s Traffic and they are building 22 more communities with no more roads. DISGUSTING PLANNING! BOO, BOO, BOO!

Might as well drive under the influence, then if get hit, you’re more likely to survive.
