Antioch Rotary Club Donates $11k to Paradise Rotary for Fire Victims

Last week, the Antioch Rotary Club raised and donated $11,500 to the Paradise Rotary Foundation to help them on their way to recovery.

This fundraising effort was a mixture of using club funds and donations from club members during the meeting.

It was also reported by Jon Dwyer (District Governor) that Rotarian’s from across the District (5160) assisted in helping 500 kids get backpacks and school supplies

As of 7:00 pm Monday, the Butte County fire had burned 151,272 acres and was 70% contained.
