Video: Antioch Police Rescue Youth From Canal Near Sutter Delta Hospital

At 3:20 pm Monday, Antioch Police and Contra Costa Fire Protection District responded to a report of a minor who fell into the canal near Sutter Hospital.

As units were responding, it was reported that the youth was hanging by the ladder and could not pull himself out of the water. A short time later as fire crews arrived on scene, Antioch Police pulled the youth from the water.

The youth was transported to a local hospital by AMR.
