Just before 1:00 pm Friday, the Antioch Police Department responded to a report of vehicle crash in the area of Barmouth and Burwood in the city of Antioch.
Upon arrival, police located a white truck which had been stolen had collided with a van.
According to police, the suspect fled the scene and entered backyard where he was met by a large dog who bit the suspect in the leg causing him to jump back out of the yard when police utilizing a drone located him and took him into custody.
No other injuries were reported. Police were also investigating whether this same suspect was involved in a second carjacking earlier in the day.

Better than any camera. That pooch is up for Citizen of the Year. But the scumbag may turn around and sue the homeowner for having a booby trap?
Where did they get that drone? Was it from the military? It better not be.
