The Antioch Police Department is investigating a double stabbing that occurred Monday on Harding near Gentrytown Park in the City of Antioch.
Upon arrival on scene, preliminary information was police located two individuals with stab wounds.
Contra Costa County Fire Protection District inquired about a medical helicopter, but later opted for ground transport and no other information was provided.
Antioch Police Department on Tuesday declined to speak on the incident stating that due to the nature of the incident and to protect the victim and the investigation, we won’t be commenting on the stabbing.

Gunshot Victim Arrives at Hospital
The Antioch Police Department is investigating an overnight shooting that occurred after a male subject showed up with a gunshot wound at a local hospital in the city of Antioch.
According to preliminary information, the subject said he was shot in the leg while walking on a trail in the Gentrytown area. The incident occurred at 12:38 am Monday.
Stabbing at Arco Station
On Sunday, at approximately 4:50 am, Antioch Police responded to the Arco gas station on Contra Loma Blvd. A female was stabbed in both the back and finger before a bystander interrupted the attack.
Police have not released information on either incident.
