Officers located the vehicle on a nearby court where all 4 occupants fled on foot and began jumping fences into the surround neighborhood. A perimeter was quickly set up and 3 of the 4 subjects were located and arrested.

Police Arrested Kelvaugh Wells, 22 and two 16-year-old males.
