by ECT

Kevin Harvey

Antioch resident Kevin Harvey, 43, was arrested for kidnapping and sexual assault charges after abducting a female victim at gunpoint from the parking lot of K-Mart in Antioch off E. 18th Street on Monday August 5.

The suspect forced the victim to drive to various locations around the City of Antioch where she was sexually assaulted by him. The victim was able to escape from the suspect and run to a nearby residence where she summoned police.

The next day, Harvey was involved in a weapon (handgun) brandishing incident at the Somersville Towne Center in Antioch. The pistol that Harvey used in the earlier kidnapping and sexual assault case was located with Harvey, as well.

Kudos Antioch Police on the arrest.

Awesome job APD!!! Got another scum bucket off the streets. Sadly, another case of a Sexual Predator that should have never been given a second chance to be free. They cannot be rehabilitated. Once convicted, they should be locked up like the animals they are & never see the light of day again.

Lock him up, and send me the key, I’m in Wash state, and have a river nearby to drop it into. My condolences to the victim, and kudos for doing what she had to do to escape and lead to his arrest. Best wishes on recovery from this traumatic ordeal.

This is why sexual predators such as this one should never be allowed to be free, because once they get released they do it again and they hurt innocent people that’s why rapers should rot in jail !!
