Antioch Man Arrested by Napa Police After Stealing $1,500 in Pharmaceuticals

The Napa Police Department announced the arrest of a man who committed an assault and theft from Safeway.

According to police, the incident occurred Saturday night that resulted in a low speed chase after the grocery store reported $1500 in pharmaceuticals had been stolen.

After providing a description of the suspect and vehicle, police spotted the suspect leaving the area. He failed to yield to police. The pursuit left Napa onto Jamison Canyon road where our friends in the Napa Sheriff’s Department joined in.

The pursuit ended shortly thereafter with the arrest of 37-year old Dajuan Jones of Antioch.
