Antioch: Male Driver Cited After Causing Two Vehicle Accidents Friday Morning

by ECT

Around 8:00 am Friday morning, Antioch Police responded to a vehicle accident involving three cars on Sunset and Bryan. The suspect fled the scene but later returned.

Prior to the return of the subject who caused the accident, police were treating this as a stolen vehicle case after the man reportedly left the scene with something in his hand and headed towards Jack in the Box on A street. It came to light that this vehicle was involved in an earlier crash in Antioch and was traveling at excessive speeds to “get away” from the first incident.

Upon arrival back on scene, the subject was searched and questioned why he left. His vehicle was towed and is now on a hold.  The driver was cited and has a court date scheduled for sometime in February.

Correction: We state the subject had a warrant according to radio frequency… that was incorrect. The subject was involved in an earlier incident which offers on scene were unaware of. It was an arrestable offense for a domestic dispute and theft.

I agree Troy. He probable had crack on him and or a weapon and needed to ditch it before the cops came.

Gotta love these Antioch scum bags. They flock here by the herd because they have families that live here. On top of that, they know the chances of them getting caught here or get sever punishment is very slim.

This town loves criminal bastards who share the same demographic profile.
