At 8:18 am Tuesday, Antioch Police officers responded to a report of a vehicle into a yard at D Street and W. Madill.
According to Antioch Police, this was a domestic call that turned into a road rage incident after a couple got into an argument. The male and female were in two separate vehicles chasing each other when the female crashed into the males vehicle causing it to veer off the roadway and hit a parked car (see photo).
Police said there were no injuries, however, after the crash, the female left the scene only to return shortly after due to residents intervening.
Police are still investigating the incident, however the adult female was arrested on domestic violence charges but did not elaborate further. They are also investigating if assault with a deadly weapon charges would be filed.
No further information was released.
